Canoeing & Kayaking
Temagami is canoe country. And we think it’s the best in Ontario, Canada for
canoe tripping. Look at a map. You see more lakes and rivers in Temagami than
land --the most interconnecting canoe route system in North America. In
Temagami you canoe trip (and portage) without retracing your ‘steps,’ be it 2
days or 2 months. Kayaking is ideal on the big lakes. Stars, pure water, old
growth pines, a canoe; it doesn’t get any better, or more Canadian.
